Fruity Sleep Smoothie
The bio-active ingredients in the banana, mango, and cherries will help soothe the body into sleep.
Leafy greens provide minerals salts to help balance the adrenal glands overnight. Greens are especially important for those with adrenal fatigue or anxiety-related waking at night.
Just as a side note, red cherries + green spinach = a brown smoothie. It’s not pretty, but it tastes delicious and is very effective!
Pair this with sweet potato and asparagus at dinner for enhanced effects. The more frequently you consume these combinations, the more powerful they become.
For best results, drink the whole cherry sleep smoothie.
- 2 small-medium bananas
- 1 cup mango (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup cherries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 large handful leafy greens, like spinach
- 1-2 cups coconut water
