- 1 cup filtered water
- 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
- 3/4 cup pineapple, fresh or frozen
- 3/4 cup mango, fresh or frozen
- 1 medium banana
- 1 large handful fresh spinach
- 1 tsp Vimergy spirulina
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smoothie.
Tip: If smoothies make you too cold, try leaving the frozen fruit out on the counter to thaw. Alternatively, you can safely move your frozen fruit in the refrigerator for 2-3 days before you plan to eat it.
