Not only is this one of my favorite dressings, but the combination of sweet, salt, and creamy makes it extra delicious.
I used to wonder why all these whole food recipes had dates in them and now I know why.
This recipe is not fat-free (it contains tahini and avocado); however, these are the healthiest fats you’ll find!
I especially love this garlic tahini dressing paired with raw asparagus and sweet potato.
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 1/4 whole avocado
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 3 large Medjool dates
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
1. Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
If you've never purchased tahini, try this Ethiopian Tahini. It's a good, clean brand and super delicious.
