This 4-night in-person retreat for women is designed to cleanse your body, restore your Spirit & rejuvenate your passion for life.

The Power of In-Person Events
Rachel’s live events are extremely powerful. Even after one client had been working with Rachel intensely for over a year, she came to a retreat & reported, “I’m leaving a different person.” When you show up live in a sacred container with a group of women holding the same intention, you move mountains of energy! That energy movement translates to permanent, tangible differences in your physical world & your emotional state. Health improves more quickly. Manifestations arrive in miraculous ways. The Food:
As a nutritionist, herbalist & intuitive healer, food is the foundation of our experience at this retreat!
Our personal chef, Shannon, will prepare Medical Medium style meals free of eggs, dairy, gluten, corn, soy & canola oil.
All food will be prepared from scratch with the highest quality ingredients sourced from local & organic suppliers whenever possible.
You will receive recipes for all the meals, so you can take the delicious inspiration home with you.
We will workshop with our private chef, so you can take home new, simple techniques to elevate your cooking & healing.
Choose your level of detox for the 4 days by customizing your juices, the amount of raw foods & the amount of fat in your meals.

Come as you are. This is a space of unconditional love, nonjudgment & pure compassion. Dress as you like. Cry, laugh, dance, come & go as you are moved. Your authentic expression (messy, wild, emotional, etc.) is the most valuable thing you can bring to this experience. We welcome any and all aspects of you with open arms. All walks of life are welcome.
Rachel has a team of healers, chefs & loving Souls to support you throughout the experience & ensure all your needs are met – physical, emotional & spiritual.
Location & Venue:
The Haven Retreat Center is located in the cool, refreshing mountains of Puerto Rico. Enjoy the natural beauty with panoramic views stretching all the way to San Juan. This sprawling retreat is designed for connection and unforgettable memories—relax in cozy nooks, share meals around four dining tables, or cook together in the country kitchen and bar while enjoying the large deck and unmatched views.
The group will participate in several excursions, which may include light hiking, boating, swimming & exploring Puerto Rico’s natural beauty. The property includes a pool to enjoy & plenty of quiet nature.
Travel & Lodging:
Ciales is about a 1 hour drive from Luis Munoz Marin International Airport San Juan. Car rental or Uber to and from the retreat center is available. Depending on your flight time, group transportation from the airport to the retreat center can be arranged for an additional fee. Working assistant positions are full for this retreat, but please apply below if you are interested in working a future retreat. Rachel is offering TWO partial scholarships for a working assistant position. This role will include assisting Rachel with setup, clean up, ensuring guest’s needs are met, assisting the chef with meal prep, juicing, clean up, dish washing, etc. This is a WORKING position, but you will also participate in all of the retreat events, receive the deep healing, connections & gentle cleansing along with the rest of the group. Partial scholarship includes room, board, meals & all experiences in the retreat. Assistants will be responsible for their own travel to the event location.
