Energizing Tropical Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup kale, packed
  • 1 cup spinach, packed
  • 1 handful cilantro
  • 1 cup orange juice (preferably fresh)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 inch ginger

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

This recipe makes about a 32oz smoothie. It’s so refreshing and energizing. The ginger has a nice warming effect. It’s my current favorite!

Pineapple burns belly fat as it heals the liver. It also helps remove debris from the liver and dissolve gallstones.
