Lemon Vinaigrette

This recipe is so simple, yet so delicious. I use it over salads, potatoes, or veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/8 tsp Himalayan pink salt or sea salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients until well combined.

  2. Optional add in: fresh basil

  3. Optional add in: fresh ground pepper

  4. Optional add in: fresh or ground garlic

  5. Optional add in: Italian seasoning
