This vegan Asian salad is a perfect side dish or entrée, as it packed with fresh vegetables. It is simple to make and filled with flavor.
Sweet Asian Salad Recipe
The main ingredients are cabbage, carrots, sprouts, mixed greens, pomegranate arils, and pepitas. It’s a wonderful recipe when you have fresh cabbage to use. You can add additional veggies too, if you’d like.
Pomegranate arils are the seed pod inside of a pomegranate. Pepita seeds are pumpkin seeds – learn more about pepitas. Both of these ingredients add flavor and crunch to this sweet salad.

- 1/4 cup sprouts
- 1/4 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 small carrot, sliced
