Hormone Healing Salad Recipe

This hormone-balancing salad recipe is packed with nutrients that will help your liver detox and your hormones to rebalance.

Packed with spinach, asparagus, apple, and cucumber, this hormone healing salad will help your hormones to balance.

For extra healing benefits, you can top with my favorite Garlic Tahini Dressing. Tahini is a wonderous healing food for hormonal imbalances and menopause as well.

Additionally, you can pair your hormone healing salad with a warm cup of raspberry leaf and nettle leaf tea. A side of grapes, preferably black grapes, if you can find them would be amazing for your healing.

Raspberry leaf and nettle leaf are highly beneficial herbs for the reproductive system. You can mix the two tea bags in one cup if you’d like. You could also do tea infusions or you could look into the tinctures for these herbs.

However, I love them as teas, as that it is a gentle yet effective way to incorporate them.

Additionally, try to include a few cups a day of raspberry leaf to promote hormonal balance.

I would recommend eating this salad daily for maximum benefit.

Healing foods are most medicinal in large quantities, so feel free to increase the portion size or eat this salad twice a day if your body calls for it!

Hormone Healing Salad


  • 4 cups spinach (organic)
  • 8 spears asparagus, raw, chopped
  • 1 red apple, chopped
  • 1/2 cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2 cup black beans (cooked from dry beans or BPA free canned beans, rinsed)
  • 1/4 whole avocado


1. Place spinach in a bowl.
2. Top with veggies, apple, beans & avocado.
