How to Make the Most Delicious & Healthy Black Bean Hummus

Help others heal by sharing!

Here’s how to make the most delightful and healthy black bean hummus that is dairy-free, gluten-free, grain-free, and can be modified to be fat-free.

If you are looking for an amazing hummus recipe, you are in the right place.

This healthy black bean hummus is absolutely delightful.

It’s creamy and flavorful and made from the healthiest ingredients. No natural or artificial flavors, no citric acid, and no oils.

Although it is much easier to buy pre-made hummus from the grocery store, store-bought hummus usually is comprised of all kinds of fillers.

If you can spare 20 minutes, then you can make this recipe. It’s a whole lot healthier than any store-bought hummus and in my opinion, it’s much more delicious.

This black bean hummus rarely lasts more than a day in my household. You can use it as a dip, as a spread, or as a salad topping.

If you would prepare a fat-free version, you can just omit the avocado.
