Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 mangoes, chopped (I love Altufo or honey mangoes for this recipe)
  • 1 small sweet onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 fresh jalapeno, diced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

This recipe pairs super well with my Sun Dried Tomato Tapenade on a potato “bread” with Cashew Cream and a bit of spinach. Check out this killer combo here. This little appetizer is guaranteed to please guests of all kinds!

 

Use this as a dip or salad topper. You can also blend this recipe for a delicious dressing & marinade.
