How to make the Medical Medium Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie, plus time-savings tips and add-ins.
Today I am going to show you how to make the Medical Medium Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie. There are five key ingredients:
- Wild Blueberries
- Barley Grass Juice Powder
With the cilantro, it’s hard to always have fresh cilantro on hand. So, I run my cilantro through my juicer and then I freeze it into ice cubes. When I make my smoothies, I just pop an ice cube or two into the mix!
Another quick hack is to cut up all of my fruit the night before and put it in a mason jar in the freezer. I also take all of these powders and I put them in a little jar.
Then, in the morning I grab my two jars and my ice cubes and dump them into the blender. I also like to add cherries and dragon fruit, in addition to bananas and orange juice. I also add fresh aloe (here’s how to get the gel from an aloe leaf).
Once blended, I pour it right back into the mason jar that all of the frozen fruit was in. If you plan ahead of time, it’s pretty quick to make this detox smoothie.
This is a great breakfast or afternoon snack. It is very filling and very healing.
