How to Get Through Your Awakening with a Positive Mindset {Video}

Help others heal by sharing!

Are you feeling like your world is breaking apart? Here’s how to get through the dark night of the soul in a beautiful, transformative way.

A lot of you are in the crumble right now.

The crumble can be called many things – the dark night of the soul, great awakening, or spiritual transformation.

Essentially, pieces of your life start to crumble and fall apart.

They crumble because they are built on a shaky foundation.  That foundation is your emotional and spiritual health, typically built many years ago.

Back then, we weren’t given the knowledge, tools or awareness that we were building on a shaky foundation because we hadn’t done a lot of soul searching. We didn’t even have the awareness of this.

Dense, Heavy Emotions

As a lot of you are feeling like pieces of your life are crashing, burning, and falling to the ground, you can be left feeling very vulnerable. You can feel like you don’t know who you are.

You can feel like your life is a mistake. A lot of dense, heavy emotions will come up.

This is not as horrible as it feels. This can be excruciatingly painful, but it’s not a bad thing.

All of the dense energy, the programming, and false belief systems are showing their face now that everything is falling down.

How to Rebuild

Fortunately, the crumble, or the dark night of the soul, is an opportunity for you to rebuild as a stronger version of yourself. The following ways will help you to evolve as you navigate your way through the dark night of the soul.

How to get through your spiritual awakening with a positive mindset

Be Gentle With Yourself

Be ultra-compassionate with yourself. Oftentimes, what you feel you are losing – your job, relationship, financial status, or home –  actually is creating space for something bigger and better.

Know that none of this is your fault. You didn’t do anything wrong. Be gentle with yourself, and watch that negative self-talk.

Use Your Tools

Think of this as a full gut renovation of your house – the wallpaper, the carpet, the dust, debris, and the junk.

You may be starting completely from scratch with the foundation or maybe you have a solid structure and need finishing work.

The structure of your home would be your understanding of spiritual principles, such as manifesting, the law of attraction, co-creating, 3-D vs 4-D vs 5-D, and body, mind, or spirit.

All the books you’ve read. The intuitive hits you get. The oracle cards you read.

Those are all the structure giving you raw tools to rebuild your life.

Change Your Mindset

When you feel like you are in the crumble, realize you wouldn’t be in the crumble if you weren’t ready for it.

Realize that this is a really powerful place to be.

It can be painful, raw, and filled with tears. This is part of the process of purging the density.

Get Aligned Support

Even though you are here because you are ready and you have the tools, finding support through a session, friends with a similar mindset, or a sisterhood are extremely helpful.

You want to make sure your support is aligned with you.

Someone who isn’t on the same wavelength as you might not be much of a support to you. Be mindful about who you share your healing journey with.

Do Inner Work

You also want to do a lot of self-awareness work. Write everything out.

Here are some questions you can ask yourself:

  • What emotions are coming up?
  • Where do those emotions come from?
  • Where have I felt these emotions before? Have they always been there? Have I been avoiding them?
  • Is there some sort of trauma that triggered these feelings and now they are coming up for deeper healing?

Get cozy, get friendly, and get acquainted with the negative things that are coming up. These negative emotions, anxiety, fear, and feelings of not knowingness are all part of the shadow work.

These are unintegrated parts of our shadow. It’s not dark or bad – it’s just part of the polarity that exists within ourselves.

In order for us to come to a source of light, we need to find some middle ground where we can just rest more steadily, rather than riding up and down on the waves.

The whole purpose of the density coming forward is so it can be finally felt, processed, and released.

You are meant to move through this and not repeat another cycle.

Turn Darkness to Light

Go into this process consciously, with a ton of self-compassion and knowing deep in your heart that you did not do anything wrong.

None of this is your fault; however, now now you have a choice.

You have a choice to repeat these emotions and patterns – or to dive into them and integrate them as a part of you that you can love and accept. Then, they release their control.

You shine a light on them. It loses its power and integrates as a higher version of yourself.

You actually are raising your vibration by releasing the lower density feelings, and you are creating more light.

Then, what you do is turn that darkness into light.

You are going higher on the scale of consciousness, where you can receive more love, get closer to enlightenment, and experience more joy and positivity in your life.

Isn’t this what we all want? The crumble takes us there.

Dark Night of the Soul Take-Aways

So many people are grieving losses in their lives – loved ones, relationships, homes, jobs, money, sense of self. Even though it doesn’t feel like it, it is a good thing.

The crumble is very real, and it can feel horrible. I’ve been there lots of times.

I can promise you if you go into it with a sense of consciousness, it takes you to a better place. Don’t fear it. Don’t create more guilt or shame and spiral into the negative.

Use your ability to step outside of yourself and witness those emotions from a higher perspective and then you can start to work with them.

You can start to integrate them into a higher energy form.

Remember, pain is the biggest driver of our growth. If things aren’t painful, we wouldn’t move.

It’s pushing you into your next level of healing.

The next version of yourself.

If you can start to accept where you are and surrender to the process of healing, that’s going to help you move through it more gracefully.

Also, remember to get support, whether that’s through a session, a therapist, or talking to an aligned loved one.

I hope this message serves you. Just know it is serving your highest good.

You are going to get through the dark night of the soul and look back on it with gratitude and evolve.
