  •  Create healthy coaching relationships. Connect clients to their own inner wisdom & intuition. Give clients practical tools for success so they are not dependent on you & constantly reaching out to you for support.
  • Manage difficult clients: Resistance, denial, bypassing, projecting, unreasonable expectations
  • Boundaries! Time, energy, clearing your field
  • Communicate clear contracts & expectations
  • Coach & heal without feeling responsible for client’s success (no more guilt, shame or pressure to perform in some way)
  • Quickly cut ties with misaligned clients in a loving way
  • Ask powerful open-ended questions – such as What are you really afraid of, What will happen if?, What’s the story you’re telling yourself? What if there’s a different story?, How does that feel in your body?

More important than the money that my practice brings in, I feel supported in many other ways. I have tremendous amounts of time off.

I get to make my own schedule. I took the better part of 3 months off early in my pregnancy to give my body the rest it needed to grow a human.

I get to work from home and wander around my garden during the day. I have slow, relaxed mornings. I can choose to work as much or as little as I want.

I can vacation whenever I want. I can REST. I can nap during the day. I can be generous & give bonuses to my staff. I can ride my horse and take days off to horse show.

I get to spend a ton of time with my daughter & family.

Committed long-term clients are the best clients. You don’t need a huge following. You don’t need a fancy website, but you do need to master your own energy & learn how to transfer your gifts to your clients in a safe & confident manner.

Being able to offer a client a deeply healing experience, a new way of being in the world, and a connection to their soul purpose is the best part of this work. The money follows, but the money does not change the energetics.
