  • 4 cups kale massaged
  • 1/4 cup chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp red onion, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt


  1. Combine all ingredients.

Recipe Notes

Add in dates, sweet potatoes, or winter squash if you need more calories or need to feel more full.
