OMG this humus is so good. It rarely lasts more than a day in my house. It's creamy and delightful as a dip, spread, or salad topping! Omit the avocado to make a fat free version.
Ingredients
2 1/2cupsblack beans, cooked from dry or canned
1tspliquid (from the beans)
1/2cupavocadoomit for a fat free version
3/4 cupcilantro
4 clovesgarlic
2Tbsplime juice
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tspcoriander
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
