Ingredients

  • 1/2 small head red cabbage, sliced thin
  • 1 medium carrot, shredded
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 2/3 cup raisins (organic preferred)
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 orange, juiced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and toss until well combined.

  2. This recipe is even better if it sits and marinates overnight.
