Ingredients

  • 2 small-medium bananas
  • 1 cup mango (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup cherries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 large handful leafy greens, like spinach
  • 1-2 cups coconut water

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Add coconut water to your smoothie thickness preference (more water = thinner smoothie).

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Drink before bed.
