Ingredients

  • 4 cups spinach (organic)
  • 8 spears asparagus, raw, chopped
  • 1 red apple, chopped
  • 1/2 cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2 cup black beans (cooked from dry beans or BPA free canned beans, rinsed)
  • 1/4 whole avocado

Instructions

  1. Place spinach in a bowl.

  2. Top with veggies, apple, beans & avocado.
