• 2 cup kale, massaged
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 2 medium beets, roasted
  • 8 grape tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup fennel, sliced

Recipe Notes

Be sure to choose organic beets, preferably an heirloom variety from your local farmer (or your own garden!), as beets can be genetically modified. Even organic beets can be contaminated with GMO pollen, so choose your sourcing carefully.
