Watermelon Cooler with Mint & Strawberries | Summer Mocktail

Help others heal by sharing!

This watermelon cooler mocktail recipe is de-li-cious! A super quick, easy recipe! If you are looking for more delicious beverages, check out my smoothies.

Here’s a delightful summer drink that will please everyone! Not to mention, it is completely natural and additive-free.

There’s no added sugar or natural flavors, as you run into with pre-made and store-bought beverages.

On its own, watermelon is super hydrating and cleansing. Plus, its sweet taste is so refreshing. In this recipe, I used watermelon along with strawberries. Strawberries can be fresh or frozen, either is fine.

I also added mint leaves, which pair beautifully with watermelon. You can pick mint leaves up at the grocery store or you can grow your own in an indoor or outdoor pot.

Last, I added lime for garnish, but you are welcome to squeeze the lime into the cooler too.

Not only is this a delightful summer drink, but it’s also nice to have something refreshing to drink when you don’t partake in adult beverages.

As with all my recipes, the watermelon cooler instructions are super easy. Just blend, strain, and serve!
