Here’s how to make a fat-free salad dressing that is flavorful, easy, and delicious. Perfect for those who are trying to eat healthily.
Today, I am going to show you how to make my all-time favorite fat-free dressing. When clients of mine are trying to lower their fats, one of the biggest concerns is what do I put on my salad.
This lemon vinaigrette is the perfect solution (lemon vinaigrette recipe).
Another one of my suggestions if you want to be fat-free is to include potatoes or root vegetables on your salads. This helps to fill you up and nourish you while you are avoiding fats.
With just lemon, water, spices (onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne, salt), you can make this fat-free salad dressing. You can just mix it up in a mason jar, add a lid, shake it up, and you have a delicious fat-free dressing.
To use even less dishes, you can make this directly on your salad.

You can add other ingredients to the dressing too. Other options for spices are herbs and fresh ground pepper.
