Guided Meditation for Healing Physical Illness + Light for Racial Injustice {Video}

This post shares an amazing guided meditation for healing illness. Catch my last meditation with Archangel Metatron here.

Meditation is an amazing way to shift physical healing to the next level. It’s an opportunity to bring healing into all the cells and tissues of the body.

This meditation will help you properly activate and balance the immune system so you receive optimal benefits.

In my last healing, I mentioned that we would focus on disarming heavy metals, so we will get to that today.

I also want to focus on helping you to ground yourself more deeply and more clearly.

The deeper you ground, the higher you will go.

Getting really grounded and fully into your body will help you access your own healing powers.

Guided Meditation for Healing Illness

I am going to invite everyone to start by taking a deep breath and get yourselves comfortable. You can sit or lay down, wherever you feel best. and let’s get started!

Let’s take a few deep breaths.

Nice big exhale through the mouth.

Another inhale through the nose.

An exhale through the mouth.

Continue to take these deep clearing breaths. Start noticing how your body feels.

What level is your adrenaline at? Where are you holding tightness, pain, blocks in the body?

Connecting with Your Body

Breath deeply into that connection with your body.

Allow the mind and the physical body to fully integrate and connect with each other.

Bring your mind from your head into the core of your body.

The logical thinking mind will start to connect or reconnect with the physical body which has its own nervous system, its own intelligence and wisdom.

Begin to reintegrate the two because we often spend so much time in the logical mind, in the ego, allowing that to takeover and rule our bodies, thoughts, and feelings.

We are going to release that pressure from the ego, from the thinking brain. Imagine that you are bringing this logical brain out of the head and into the heart.

Allow the physical body to send you messages for what you need for healing, releasing the idea that you need to figure out, control, manipulate, or make anything happen in your healing.

You’re coming back to your body’s own innate healing wisdom.

Expressing Gratitude to Yourself

Now that we’ve begun the process. Feel into the awareness of the physical body. This usually goes unheard, unnoticed, unappreciated.

Reconnect with this body of yours. This magnificent piece of machinery that houses your soul.

Millions upon millions of cells. Each has its own individual life form working tirelessly to support your complete physicality on this physical plane.

Begin to send gratitude into your body.

Say thank you.

Think about all the things your body has been through. The cuts, scrapes, bruises, procedures, surgeries, the abuse, bad food, alcohol, drugs, cigarettes.

Thank this incredible vessel.

Begin to totally embrace this gratitude for your physicality.

Everyday you are given assignments to expand your soul. To accept them with grace and gratitude, it’s your journey.

Take another deep breath and release. Fresh clean air. Release that which holds you back.

Grounding Yourself Through Meditation

Next, we will move into grounding. This deep grounding will help you to cleanse and clear, moving your healing forward.
