How to Make Healthy Garlic Tahini Dressing

Help others heal by sharing!

Looking for a healthy dressing? Here’s how to make a garlic tahini dressing that tastes amazing!

If you are looking for a healthy dressing made of whole foods, I’ve got the recipe for you! Not only is this one of my favorite dressings, but the combination of sweet, salt, and creamy makes it extra delicious.

I used to wonder why all these whole food recipes had dates in them and now I know why. If you don’t have dates, you could substitute maple syrup. However, make sure that it is pure maple syrup.

This recipe is not fat-free (it contains tahini and avocado). However, these are the healthiest fats that are really good for you!

It only takes a few minutes to make, so it’s super easy! The single step is simply to blend everything together.

I especially love this garlic tahini dressing paired with raw asparagus and sweet potato. Something about those flavors make my mouth water.
