The Best Fresh Ginger Dressing

Help others heal by sharing!

Here’s an awesome recipe for fat-free ginger salad dressing. Enjoy!

Salad dressings are usually so unhealthy.

Yet, you can easily make your own salad dressing with healthy, whole food ingredients.

This ginger salad dressing is absolutely delicious and so fresh. Your body will definitely thank you!

Ginger Salad Dressing

This ginger salad dressing recipe is super simple. There are just six ingredients – one of which is water!

To make it, you just need to toss all the ingredients in the blender. That’s it!

The result is a refreshing dressing similar to what you would get at a Japanese restaurant. There’s tangy-ness and sweetness, without anything unhealthy. It’s vinegar-free and soy-free.

My secret trick is coconut aminos. It’s the perfect substitute for soy sauce.

In addition to salad dressing, you could also use this as a hibachi dipping sauce. That’s the beauty of salad dressings – they are so versatile!
