What if I’m afraid of failing at this plan?
It is possible that we implement something and it doesn’t work for you. That doesn’t mean you failed. It just means it wasn’t the right thing for you. We’ll find the right thing that feels simple and easily fits into your routine. The healing plan will grow, adjust, and become part of your life in a gentle, but powerful way. Most people feel so good, they have no interest in returning to old habits.
What if I’m afraid of being judged?
I know what it’s like to live in a body that you are ashamed of. I know what it’s like to live in fear of judgement, to want to hide, to never speak up. I lived like that for a long time. I don’t want anyone to ever feel the way I felt. Because of that, I promise you that I come from a place of zero judgement. I am highly empathetic and I can feel your suffering. I would never want to add to that, only to help you heal and feel your best.
How are you different than other nutritionists or healthcare practitioners?
I understand you are suffering. Illness is not your fault. You didn’t ask for it. You didn’t do anything wrong to deserve it. Know that healing is possible.
I want you to heal. I want you to be able to live your most vibrant life. I grow to deeply love all my clients. I honor your healing journey. I know it’s not easy, but I know you can do it.
How long will it take to get better?
6-12 weeks: You’ll start to see changes in a positive direction. (Many experience more energy, better sleep, and a more generalized feeling of wellness & positivity.)
6 months: The goal is 50% reduction in symptoms.
12 months: The goal is 90% reduction in symptoms.
2 years: Aiming for you to be ‘healthy’ and stay that way on a maintenance plan.
